Brick Wall Reinforcement Mesh
The reinforcing ladder structural mesh is configured by welding of galvanized steel rod in H form or designed angle. Galvanized before welded or galvanized after welded ladder mesh products are provided by Concreate for horizontal joint reinforcement of the masonry wall system. In construction, the ladder mesh is put embedded in the horizontal mortar joints of masonry walls. It consists of two parallel side wire rods with cross rods welded at 16" (400 mm) O. C., thus forming a ladder configuration. Overall measurement (side-to-side rod) is approximately 2" (50 mm) less than the nominal wall thickness.
Ladder mesh reinforcement also called Brick Wall Reinforcement Mesh is welded wire sheet for reinforced masonry construction. It is used in building surface, wall, ground, bridge, bank and airport. And its feature is that welding spots of warp wire and weft wire are on the same surface.
